Explore The Nursery

Our Woking nursery is a bright space that has been designed to foster a lifelong love for learning.
Inside, the spacious rooms allow children to explore freely in a safe and secure manner, whilst building on their confidence. Quiet or sensory areas are thoughtfully placed to give children the chance to express their emotions.
Outside, the nursery offers an amazing, spacious garden, offering the children so many different ways to explore and learn. Some of our rooms have free-flow access to the garden, encouraging seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Explorers Room (3 Months - 18 Months)
The Explorers Room at Woking provides a peaceful, supportive setting designed for babies, encouraging early physical development alongside sensory exploration. Our attentive team maintains familiar routines to help children feel safe and settled, while gently introducing new experiences that spark curiosity and learning. With a 1:3 staff-to-child ratio, each baby benefits from individual care, and we work in partnership with families to support everyday routines and each child’s development journey.
Discoverers Room (18 Months - 24 Months)
The Discoverers Room supports toddlers as they move from infancy into their early toddler years. Children are encouraged to explore independently, engage in activities that interest them, and build their communication skills. The team provides consistent routines around mealtimes and toileting to help develop confidence and offer reassurance. With a 1:3 staff-to-child ratio, each toddler benefits from close support and guidance during this important stage. They also enjoy free-flow access to the garden, where outdoor play gives them additional opportunities to investigate, move and learn through discovery.
Creators Room (2 Years - 3 Years)

In our Creators Rooms, children aged 2 to 3 years develop independence, early language skills and confidence in social interaction. Learning is supported through sensory play, role-play and early mark-making, alongside building small responsibilities like helping at mealtimes. With a 1:5 staff-to-child ratio, children receive close individual support, and in-room bathroom facilities help with gentle toilet training. We also have a second Creators Room at the end of the garden. This bright, open space offers free-flow access outdoors, allowing children to move easily between indoor and outdoor learning and explore a naturally inspiring environment.
Inventors Room (3 Years - 5 Years)
Our two Inventors Rooms help support children as they prepare for school, providing a hands-on and engaging learning environment. Children explore STEM-based activities alongside early literacy and numeracy, helping them develop problem-solving skills and critical thinking. With a 1:8 staff-to-child ratio, each child is supported with targeted guidance while building independence and confidence. Thoughtfully chosen resources spark curiosity, and familiar, real-world materials help children connect their learning to everyday experiences and better understand the world around them.
Garden

The outdoor space at Woking is one of the best nursery gardens you’ll see! It is designed to keep children active while supporting their physical development and natural curiosity. Children can build on their gross motor skills through racetracks and obstacle courses, or let their imaginations run wild with some storytelling at our mini helipad or cosy corners. The garden offers a rich, engaging environment where children can fall in love with learning.
