Meet The Team

Tara (Nursery Manager)

Tara brings a wealth of Early Years experience to her role as Nursery Manager and is passionate about creating an environment where children feel happy, secure and inspired to learn. She believes strong relationships with families and the local community are at the heart of a successful nursery and enjoys creating opportunities that bring people together, whether through fundraising initiatives or supporting local businesses. One of Tara's biggest joys in her Early Years career has been watching children grow into confident, independent young people who are excited about the next stage of their learning journey. She is a strong advocate for outdoor learning and believes children learn best when they have opportunities to explore, take risks and discover the world around them through play.

What Do Our Parents Think Of Windsor

Choosing the right nursery is such an important decision for families. Therefore we continue to build strong relationships with families at Fennies. Parents regularly share positive feedback about their experiences, giving valuable insight into daily life at the nursery.

“Our daughter started at Fennies Maidenhead in May, and we've been delighted with how well she has settled in. As she had spent very little time away from her Dad and me since she was born, starting nursery was a significant change for all of us. From the very beginning, the team has been incredibly warm, caring and attentive, taking the time to get to know her as an individual and understand what helps her feel safe and secure.” - Fennies Maidenhead, College Avenue, Parent.

‘Fennies is amazing! The team is friendly and they are really child-centred in everything they do. They provide daily detailed updates of my child's day via the Famly app and also a verbal update when I collect her at the end of the day. My daughter looks forward to going to nursery as she knows she has a packed day full of fun activities. I would highly recommend fennies to anyone looking for childcare options.’ - Fennies Reading, Rose Kiln Lane, Parent.
