The national day care standards require day nurseries to have 50% of staff qualified, at Fennies 75% of the staff employed are experienced, qualified nursery nurses and are required to attend at least four additional training sessions per year.

First Aid
Each nursery has at least two members of staff who are qualified first aiders.

Health and Safety
All nurseries have staff trained in health and safety.

Food Hygiene
All nurseries have staff trained in basic food hygiene

Staff training
All nurseries close for two training sessions a year, you are given plenty of notice to make alternative care arrangements for your child.
