In order to provide effective early years based education, planning, care of the children, we operate a division of age groups and key worker system. Each age   group has a dedicated room, equipment and staff focused solely on the needs of that age group. This makes the care of each group more specific and individual.     Key Worker System Fennies operates a Key Worker System in each of our branches. The system aims to ensure that you have a named primary carer for your child. The key worker is essential in our strategy of providing continuity of care from the initial settling in stage to enhancing the curriculum planning. The key worker is responsible for providing up to date information on your child and ensures that you have a regular point of contact for daily communication with your child’s carer.
